Eigentlich stand vor "Autonomie" keine Singleauskopplung - zumindest nicht im physischen Sinne - auf dem Plan, aber weil es immer wieder gewünscht wurde, gab es doch eine: "Sterne", die Ballade, wurde auserkoren, dazu kamen noch "Fleisch" und der Non-Album-Track "Es scheint als sei" auf die Maxi. Exklusiv über die eigene Seite vertrieben, limitiert und für die ganz Schnellen auch noch signiert: "Sterne" ist heute ein Sammlerstück, damals war es ein kleines Dankeschön an die hungrigen DER W-Fans.
